proceeding from provisions of the Agreement on determination of customs value of the goods moved through customs border of custom union of January 25, 2008,

aiming to provide effective control of customs value of the goods moved through customs border of custom union for the purpose of counteraction to evasion from customs payment,

recognizing need to timely exchange information and data promoting enhancement of control of customs value of goods

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Customs authorities of the states of the Parties communicate, necessary for determination and control of customs value of the goods moved through customs border of custom union.

Article 2

Customs authorities of the states of the Parties determine structural divisions which provide realization of provisions of the this Protocol.

Customs authorities of the states of the Parties on permanent basis at least once a year hold working meetings of experts for the purpose of the solution of the current questions connected with realization of provisions of the this Protocol.

Article 3

Interaction of customs authorities of the states of the Parties concerning determination and control of customs value of the goods moved through customs border of custom union is performed by means of the direction of requests.

Article 4

The inquiry is sent in writing and shall contain:
