The government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation which further are referred to as with the Parties

expressing the aspiration to provide uniform application of the rules established by the Agreement on determination of customs value of the goods moved through customs border of custom union of January 25, 2008 (further - the Agreement), on single customs area of custom union,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purpose of ensuring uniform application of the rules established by the Agreement, the Parties:

consider the specific problematic issues arising in practical activities of customs authorities of the states of the Parties and connected using the Agreement;

develop single approaches to interpretation of provisions of the Agreement taking into account rules of international law, including the regulations containing in documents and materials of Technical committee on customs valuation of World Customs Organization;

perform exchange of information about the law-enforcement practice which developed in the State Parties of custom union concerning determination of customs value of goods;

prepare recommendations about uniform application of the rules established by the Agreement.

Article 2

In view of nature and amount of works, 1 this Protocol specified in Article, the Parties agreed:

found the relevant division responsible for ensuring uniform application of the rules established by the Agreement in structure of bodies of custom union;
