1. This technical regulation (further - regulations) is applied in case of confirmation of conformity of products or services (in the form of adoption of the declaration of conformity or issue of the certificate of conformity) to the requirements established by regulations, standards or conditions of agreements except medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment.
2. These Regulations are applied in case of obligatory and voluntary confirmation of conformity.
Other procedures of confirmation of conformity of products or services which are considering features of production, rendering services, testing, deliveries and operation of products, but not contradicting these Regulations can be established by other regulations.
