In pursuance of item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.11.2008 N 1027 "About procedure for initiation, preparation and projects implementation of economic and social development of Ukraine which are supported by international financial institutions" and for the purpose of determination of procedure for decision making about feasibility of preparation of projects of economic and social development of Ukraine for which implementation attraction of resources of international financial institutions is provided and about determination of executives in charge I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for decision making about feasibility of preparation of projects of economic and social development of Ukraine for which implementation attraction of resources of international financial institutions is provided and about determination of executives in charge it (is applied).
2. To department of the international technical assistance and cooperation with international financial institutions:
together with legal department to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation;
after state registration to bring this order to permission of the interested bodies.
3. Determine that operation of this order extends to projects of economic and social development of Ukraine for which implementation attraction of resources of international financial institutions is provided.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy the Minister of Economic Affairs of Ukraine Maksyuta A. A.
