According to article 61 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy", item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2006 No. 1830, and for the purpose of ensuring regulation of activities in the field of physical protection of nuclear installations and nuclear materials and accounting and control of nuclear materials I ORDER:

1. Approve Requirements to content and structure of the plan of ensuring physical protection of nuclear installation and nuclear materials and the plan of ensuring accounting and control of nuclear materials (are applied).

2. To provide to the head of department of guarantees of non-proliferation Lopatin S. D. according to the current legislation submission of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
