2. To provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval) holding procedures according to Rules.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2009 and is subject to official publication.
