1. Approve the enclosed Rules of obtaining, accounting, storage and issue of accounting and control brands and excise stamps.

2. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.):

1) to inform producers and importers of alcoholic products, tobacco products about use of settlement accounts of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The banknote factory of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for money transfer for accounting and control brands and excise stamps;

2) to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Recognize invalid:
