About approval of Rules of quoting of amounts of consumption and realization of ethyl alcohol without payment of excises by the pharmaceutical companies and public medical institutions

 

IT IS APPROVED Ministry of Health Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 281 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) of December 10, 2008 and the subitem 1) of Item 1 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of quoting of amounts of consumption and realization of ethyl alcohol without payment of excises by the pharmaceutical companies and public medical institutions.

2. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 14, 2005 No. 564 "About approval of Rules of quoting of amounts of consumption and realization of ethyl alcohol without payment of excises by the pharmaceutical companies and public medical institutions" (it is registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 4015, No. 16 is published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of February 1, 2006 (996)).

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication and extends to the relations arising since January 1, 2009.
