The Ministry of Communications of Ukraine and the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, hereinafter referred to as "Parties", according to the article _____ of the Agreement on bases of the interstate relations, friendship and cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 25, 1992, considering that interaction and cooperation in the field of communication shall develop on the basis of mutual benevolence and mutual assistance, based on traditions of neighborliness and aiming at their further development, wishing to establish the close legal, economic and technological relations for ensuring smooth functioning of means of communication between the Parties, agreed:
The parties, being effective in volume of the powers and opportunities, according to requirements of the laws of Ukraine and the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, will continue and expand cooperation in the field of telecommunications, radio, television, satellite systems, mail service, distribution of seal, production and supplies of equipment of communication.
The parties shall build the relations in strict accordance with the provisions of acts of Universal Postal Union and recommendations of International union of telecommunication regulating the relations between the states and their administrations of communication, members of these unions, and also bilateral agreements and agreements.
The calculations and payments following from accomplishment of this agreement will be made according to the agreements existing between the countries of the Parties on the maturity day.
