based on the principles of equality and mutual respect;

confirming the inalienable right of property to rail transport;

considering it expedient to keep technological unity of railway transportation network;

recognizing exclusive importance of transportation of goods both on mutual deliveries, and to the third countries;

attaching significance to coordination and joint activities of rail transport of both states;

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Transportation of goods between the railroads of both states is performed on the basis of the existing interstate agreements.

Article 2

Functional activities of rail transport of both states, and also production and content of railway vehicles, technical means and safety of loads are performed according to the standard rates approved by the parties.

Article 3

The parties agreed to observe the procedure of transportation of goods of N of passengers operating on rail transport, according to international agreements and conventions in the field of rail transport which participants they are. The list of such agreements is determined by the Parties the free standing agreement.

The parties reserve the right to sign the agreement in the field of rail transport with other countries, without infringing on fundamental interests of other party.

Article 4

The parties were recognized necessary to perform the coordinated tariff policy. Rates and procedure of payments in the interstate message it is established by special interstate agreements.
