being guided by the Agreement on general terms of deliveries of goods between the organizations of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States signed 20 March, 1992 in Kiev

being based shirokorazvity cooperation in the field of sci-tech cooperation and production of the aircraft equipment, and also for the purpose of creation of optimum conditions for preserving and development of these bonds between the companies and the organizations participating in development and production of the aircraft equipment, located in the territory of the Parties agreed about the following:

Article 1

The cooperation between the companies and the organizations of Ukraine and Uzbekistan participating in development and production of the aircraft equipment is performed on the principles of equality and mutual advantage by the direct arrangement / conclusion of agreements / between subjects of managing irrespective of their patterns of ownership and organizational subordination with observance of the legal acts existing in both states.

Article 2

The conclusion of contracts between subjects of managing of the Parties and their execution are performed according to the Agreement on general terms of deliveries of goods between the organizations of the states of members of the Commonwealth Independent the states and the Agreement on procedure for the dispute resolution, connected with implementation of economic activity, signed on March 20, 1992 in Kiev.
