1. Establish quota for attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2009 in the amount of percent 0,75 to republic economically active population, including:

the third category (skilled workers) - percent 0,35;

the fourth category (the workers occupied on seasonal agricultural works) - percent 0,05.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2007 No. 753 "About the Mid-term plan of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2008-2010" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 32, the Art. 354) the following change:
