1. For the purpose of ensuring increase in the sizes of the retirement benefits from the State center for pension payment appointed till January 1, 2009, on average to twenty five percent to make increase in the sizes of retirement benefits:

for thirty percent from the size of the received retirement benefits to all receivers of retirement benefits, taking into account restriction seventy five percent from 28-fold monthly settlement indicator established for 2009 by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2009-2011", but for twenty two percent at least from the size of the received retirement benefits;

for long service to military personnel, the staff of law-enforcement bodies and Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, bodies of financial police and fire service which gives the special ranks and on which the procedure established for the staff of law-enforcement bodies extends to twenty five percent from the size of the received retirement benefits.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009 and is subject to official publication.
