1. Approve the enclosed form of the certificate on state registration of the individual entrepreneur.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2007 No. 352 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 13, the Art. 157) the following change:

Item of 6 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the specified resolution, to exclude.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2001 No. 1586 "About approval of rates of charge for state registration of individual entrepreneurs, forms of the certificate on state registration of the individual entrepreneur" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 45-46, of the Art. 538);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 21, 2006 No. 792 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2001 No. 1586" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 30, the Art. 335).

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009 and is subject to official publication.
