In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 2, 1993 N 398 the board of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine DECIDES: "Questions of social insurance"
1. Approve procedure and conditions of voluntary social insurance of citizens who are engaged in the business activity based on personal property and only their work and lawyers (are applied).
2. To republican, regional, Kiev city industry committees of labor unions, trade-union associations which have the budget of Fund, executive directorates of departments of Fund in borders of the existing states of workers which contain at the expense of means of social insurance, to provide carrying out work on registration as insurers, to document creation for assistance, other payments according to the current legislation, to improvement, accounting, the reporting and calculations for fund of social insurance of Ukraine concerning citizens who are engaged in the business activity based on personal property and only their work and lawyers.
3. Introduce in the financial statement on accomplishment of the budget of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine data on receipt amounts and expenditures of means of social insurance of citizens which are borrowed by the business activity based on personal property and only their work and lawyers.
4. Executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine within a month to prepare explanations concerning accounting on means of social insurance of the citizens who are voluntarily insured in Fund.
