About the Main directions of market development of the international motor transportation services

The Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Accept the Main directions of market development of the international motor transportation services (are applied).

2. Recommend to the ministries of transport of the State Parties of the CIS during the implementing of state regulation and preparation of national regulatory legal acts in the field of the international motor transportations to consider provisions of the specified Main directions.

3. To council on road transport of the Coordination transport meeting of the State Parties of the CIS to carry out work on updating of the called Main directions taking into account dynamics of the market of motor transportation services and realization of the actions provided by them.

4. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from date of delivery of the relevant documents to depositary.

It is made in the city of Chisinau on November 14, 2008 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.

The modern point of road transport in structure of transport complex of the State Parties of the CIS is made by its priority and indisputable advantages from the point of view of high-technology transport servicing which components are: flexibility, mobility, reliability, urgency, safety of cargo delivery, cost of services.
