1. Approve Regulations on presidency in the Commonwealth of Independent States it (is applied).

2. Determine that the Regulations on presidency in the Commonwealth of Independent States are applied since January 1, 2009.

It is made in the city of Bishkek on October 10, 2008 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
