recognizing important role of MTRK "World" in realization of interstate information policy, its constructive contribution to humanitarian state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States,

considering necessary transition of MTRK "World" on full-scale TV and broadcasting for the purpose of full accomplishment of tasks of information support of integration processes in the Commonwealth of Independent States at new stage of its development,

The Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Within the Plan of the main actions for implementation of the Concept of further development of the CIS approved by the Decision of Council of heads of states of the CIS of October 5, 2007 to charge to MTRK "World" to provide preparation of the teleradio programs fully answering to urgent tasks of the Commonwealths of Independent States updating, covering of significant events of political, social and economic and cultural life of the State Parties of the Commonwealth.

2. Approve the decision of Interstate Coordination Council of MTRK "World" on transition of television broadcasting of MTRK "World" to 24-hour broadcasting in 2009.

To the governments of the states - founders of MTRK "World" to render broadcasting company assistance necessary for transition on full-scale TV also broadcasting in the Commonwealth of Independent States.

3. Draw the attention of the states - founders of MTRK "World" to need of accomplishment in full of obligations on annual equity in financing of activities of broadcasting company.
