About some questions of compensation of employees of organizations of education

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish:

1.1. in organizations of preschool, general secondary, professional technical, secondary vocational, vocational education, special teaching and educational facilities, special medical educational facilities, other organizations of education in case of implementation of educational programs of general secondary education, educational programs of vocational training, educational programs of secondary vocational education, other organizations which according to the legislation are granted the right to perform educational activities, in case of implementation of the educational program of preschool education, the educational program of vocational education by them at the level of preschool education, the educational program of vocational education at the level of preschool education for persons with intellectual insufficiency (further – educational programs of preschool education):

1.1.1. increase in tariff salaries (rates) to pedagogical workers, except for training officers and teachers of subjects (subject matters) of professional component of curricula of organizations of education in case of implementation of educational programs of professional and secondary vocational education by them, for 5 percent;

1.1.2. monthly surcharges in the amount of one tariff charge of the first category established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for compensation of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations:
