Are awarded with the anniversary medal "650 de ani de la intemeierea tarii Moldovei" ("650 foundation years of the Moldavian state") for contribution to formation and development of the Moldavian statehood, consecutive carrying out democratic and social and economic reforms, enhancement of spiritual and intellectual potential, merit to consolidations of society, active state, public and charity.
2. The anniversary medal is made of brass in the form of round medallion with a diameter of 32 mm. On the face of medal the heraldic board, in the center of board - the image of the head of tour between which horns - five-beam star, on the right - heraldic rose, at the left - the decreasing half moon is located. The board is framed from four parties with heraldic lilies and located in Gothic kvadrilob.
On the back medals in kvadriloba the text of "650 de ani de la intemeierea tarii Moldovei" bordered with open laurel wreath.
