2. Make write-off of the main debt of the companies and organizations of the Ministry of the textile industry of Turkmenistan for assignments in the amount of 3 percent from the balance sheet profit in the State fund of development of agricultural industry of Turkmenistan revealed by results of checks of tax authorities, and the added penalties.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Minister of the textile industry of Turkmenistan Paromov Y. and the Chief of the Main State Tax Service of Turkmenistan Hodzhayev D.
