Create based on the abolished Research institute of methodology and development of municipal services under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan research department as a part of the State institute "Turkmenkommuntaslama" Ministries of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan, having established the number of his workers in number of 20 units.

3. Establish the total number of employees of the State design institute "Turkmenkommuntaslama" Ministries of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan in number of 100 units.
