1. Establish:

a) total number of employees of Turkmenneft State concern in number of 22950 people, having increased the number of employees of Concern by 150 people, including:

Trunk oil pipeline administrations - on 135 people;

oil and gas production department of "Gamyshlydzhanebit" - on 15 people;

b) monthly salary fund of employees of Turkmenneft State concern in the amount of 100 700 000 thousand manats.

2. Declare invalid Item 3 of the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 15 Bitaraplyk 2005 No. 7657 "Questions of Turkmenneft State concern (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 2005, No. 12, the Art. 405) in the part concerning the total number of employees of Concern.

Bring in the total number and monthly salary fund of employees of Turkmenneft State concern approved by the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 20 Baydak 2006 No. 7773, of change, following from this resolution.
