1. Agree with the List of the basic documents regulating functioning of the free trade area within the CIS (is applied), approved by experts of the State Parties of the CIS at meeting on June 26, 2008.
2. Ask the State Parties of the CIS:
- to take not performed interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of the documents entering the specified List measures for their accomplishment;
not signatory documents, - to consider the possibility of accession to them.
