About development of the Interstate target program of innovative state cooperation - members of the CIS for the period till 2020

Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States, recognizing interstate innovative cooperation as one of the priority directions of development of the Commonwealth of Independent States, being guided by the decision of heads of states - members of the CIS about the announcement of 2010 for Year of science and innovations in the Commonwealth of Independent States, solved:

1. Consider it expedient to develop the Interstate target program of innovative state cooperation - members of the CIS for the period till 2020.

2. Ceased to be valid

3. Ask the governments of the State Parties of the CIS to tell in two-month time to the customer coordinator of the Interstate target program about national state customers.

4. To the customer coordinator of the Interstate target program together with national state customers in three-months time to consider question of developer of the Interstate target program and to submit the relevant proposal for consideration of CIS Economic Council in accordance with the established procedure.

5. Ceased to be valid

6. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.
