1. Approve Regulations on procedure for accounting on the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors in the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the interested ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulations into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kasymov R. S.

1. This Provision according to article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About drugs and psychotropic substances" determines procedure for accounting by the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors (further - Scientific Production Enterprise), the legal entities having the license for activities connected with turnover of Scientific Production Enterprise.
This Provision does not extend to cultivation of narkotikosoderzhashchy plants.
