According to subitem 8-1.15.6 of Item 8-1.15 of article 8-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the value added tax" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of types of activity on which regulations of article 8-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the value added tax" which is applied expatiate.

2. Explanation concerning application of the list approved by this resolution are provided by the Ministry of agrarian policy, the State committee of statistics and State Tax Administration.
