About approval of the Regulations on Service of the state real estate register of the Azerbaijan Republic
For the purpose of ensuring activities of Service of the state real estate register of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:
2. Transfer the body of the state technical inventory count of the city of Baku and the local organizations which are in structure of body of the state technical inventory count of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on construction and architecture together with all documents and property to structure of Service of the state real estate register of the Azerbaijan Republic.
3. Liquidate central office of body of the state technical inventory count of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on construction and architecture and to transfer its documents and property to Service of the state real estate register of the Azerbaijan Republic.
4. Exclude Item 4.1 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 10, 2004 No. 113 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state real estate register" (Collection of legislations of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 8, Article 621; 2005, No. 2, Article 64).
5. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
5.1. to prepare and provide to three-months time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on the status of employees of local structures of Service of the state real estate register of the Azerbaijan Republic.
5.2. in a month to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of regulatory legal acts to compliance with this Decree;
5.3. within the powers to resolve other issues following from this Decree.
