About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of measures for safety of some participants of criminal procedure and other faces
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 21, 2006 "About the State program on fight against crime for 2006-2010" and for the purpose of realization of separate provisions of Chapter 8 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 103
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for application of measures for safety of some participants of criminal procedure and other faces.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Committee for State Security within the competence implementation of necessary measures for safety of participants of criminal procedure and other faces specified in Article 65 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Belarus and to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
