2. Approve the enclosed Rules of release and the circulation of bonds of the State internal premium bonds of the Republic of Tajikistan of 2009.
3. To determine government savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan of Amonatbonk the storage, placement agent and servicing of bonds of the State internal premium bonds of the Republic of Tajikistan of 2009.
4. Determine that bondholders of the State internal premium bonds of release of 2002 at discretion for exchange of bonds of release of 2002 for bonds of the State internal premium bonds of 2009 or for receipt of nominal value of bonds of release of 2002 can show the bonds in Government savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan of Amonatbonk.
5. Money from implementation of Bonds of the State internal premium bonds of the Republic of Tajikistan of 2009 is allocated in the republican budget.
