About some measures of the state support of the companies of the Republic of Tajikistan

- perform in accordance with the established procedure transfer from balance of the State unitary enterprise "Tajik Aluminium Company" on balance of Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" the Affiliated state enterprise "Javanese combined heat and power plant";
- together with Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" to make offset on financial resources, the combined heat and power plant directed to recovery and innovation of the Affiliated state enterprise "Javanese" as of December 31, 2008, by debt write-off to the State unitary enterprise "Tajik Aluminium Company" for the bill obligation to Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik".
2. To the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan Open for joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" to aim the electric power saved due to reduction of production volume of aluminum at providing requirements of the population and the companies.
3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" together with the State unitary enterprise "Tajik Aluminium Company" within two weeks to submit offers on the mechanism of compensation of difference of rate for the purchased electric power from other states for the period before stabilization of situation in the world market of aluminum.
