About creation of Arbitration Court of Zabaykalsky Krai

Article 1

1. According to article 18 of the Federal constitutional Law of July 21, 2007 N 5-FKZ "About education as a part of the Russian Federation the new subject of the Russian Federation as a result of consolidation of the Chita region and the Agin Buryat Autonomous Area" and article 17 of the Federal constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 N 1-FKZ "About judicial system of the Russian Federation":

1) to create Arbitration Court of Zabaykalsky Krai;

To determine 2) that jurisdiction of Arbitration Court of Zabaykalsky Krai extends to the territory of Zabaykalsky Krai in the borders existing on the date of entry into force of this Federal Law;

3) to abolish Arbitration Court of the Chita region;

4) to refer the justice implementation matters relating to maintaining the Arbitration Court of the Chita region abolished according to this Federal Law in jurisdiction of Arbitration Court of Zabaykalsky Krai;

5) to the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation to take measures for organizational support of activities of Arbitration Court of Zabaykalsky Krai;

6) financing of expenses on creation and content of Arbitration Court of Zabaykalsky Krai is performed at the expense of the means of the federal budget allocated for maintenance of Arbitration Courts.

2. The chairman, vice-chairmen of the Arbitration Court of the Chita region abolished according to this Federal Law can be appointed from their consent to the positions similar occupied by them, or positions of judges of Arbitration Court of Zabaykalsky Krai or other Arbitration Courts of the Russian Federation.

3. Judges of the Arbitration Court of the Chita region abolished according to this Federal Law can be appointed from their consent to positions of judges of Arbitration Court of Zabaykalsky Krai or other Arbitration Courts of the Russian Federation.
