Control of application by the territorial network organizations of payment for technological accession and (or) the standardized tariff charges determining the size of this payment is performed by executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of rates (далееорган regulations).
3. Control is exercised in the form of exit checks, and also inspections which are carried out in the location of regulating authority (daleeproverka).
4. The territorial network organizations concerning which are performed and local government bodies submit at the request of regulating authority documents and information in written and oral form, the necessary for control and relating to subject checks.
