3. To the ministries, state committees, administrative departments, other executive bodies, local public administrations and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in a month:
- bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution;
- carry out information and explanatory work among the population and officials of authorized bodies concerning procedures of receipt of specifications and procedure for connection to networks of engineering facilities according to this resolution.
