According to article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" and for the purpose of establishment of uniform conditions and rules of holding qualification examination for persons which private notarial activities within three years after receipt of the certificate on the right to occupation notarial activities were not registered and which did not work as notaries, consultants of offices of notary public or assistants (consultants) to private notaries, were not officials who performed management and control of activities of notariate, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for holding qualification examination for persons who within three years after receipt of the certificate on the right to occupation notarial activities did not perform notarial activities.

2. To department of notariate and registration of lawyer associations (N. V. Yashchenko):

2.1. Provide representation on state registration of this order according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 N 493 "About state registration of normative legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

2.2. Bring this order to permission to the chief of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
