1. Establish for the banks and the organizations performing separate types of banking activities (further - bank) the following obligatory details of the control check of computer systems issued when implementing cash calculations by means of cash:

1) bank name (structural division);

2) registration taxpayer number of bank (structural division);

3) business bank identification number (structural division);

4) registration room of computer system in tax authority;

5) the sequence number of the control check of computer systems assigned in bank (structural division);

6) date and time of carrying out transaction;

7) name of transaction;

8) the amount of each performed operation;

9) general result on the performed operations;

10) other details provided by regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The control check of computer systems may contain in addition the data provided by technical documentation of manufacturing plant of cash register including on tax amount on value added.

3. The control check of computer systems has rectangular shape.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication, except for the subitem 3) of Item 1, which becomes effective since August 13, 2010.
