1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Instruction for filling of forms of financial information and forms of financial information attached to it:

Form 1 "Basic indicators" (Appendix 1);

Turnover balance form 2 (Appendix 2);

"Income and expenditure statement" form 3 (Appendix 3);

Form 4 "Report on movement of money" (Appendix 4);

Form 5 "Expense statement of the period" (Appendix 5);

Form 6 "Report on work" (Appendix 6);

Form 7 "Report on production and realization of finished goods (goods, works, services)" (Appendix 7);

Form 8 "Report on availability and movement of the amounts of retained income (uncovered loss)" (Appendix 8);

Form 9 "The explanatory note to forms of financial information" (Appendix 9)";

2) Instruction for carrying out the analysis of activities of the state companies;

3) the Instruction for determination of the main performance indicators of activities of non-state legal entities with participation of the state in the authorized capital.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2001 N 182 "About approval of the Instruction for filling of forms of financial information, Rules of carrying out the analysis of activities of the state companies and Rules of determination of the main performance indicators of activities of non-state legal entities with participation of the state in the authorized capital".

3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation provision of financial information by representatives of the state in the boards of directors of non-state legal entities with participation of the state.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rakhanov M. S.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Instruction for filling of forms of financial information

1. General provisions

1. This Instruction and forms of financial information are developed for the purpose of increase in effective management of state-owned property.
