1. These general requirements are developed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About frontier of Ukraine", "About the State Border Service", "About protection of the surrounding environment", "About protection of the population against infectious diseases", "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population", "About veterinary medicine", "About quarantine of plants", the Customs code of Ukraine, Regulations on check points through frontier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 3, 2000 N 1203, and are obligatory for accounting during development of the specification on designing of construction and reconstruction of check points through frontier.
