Committee on standardization, metrology and certification under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the State committee of the Russian Federation on standardization and metrology, hereinafter referred to as with the Parties, being guided by the Agreement on carrying out coordinated policy in the field of standardization, metrology and certification of March 13, 1992, and also the Agreement on formation of the Union State of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, in development of the Agreement on the principles of carrying out and mutual recognition of works on certification of June 4, 1992
agreed as follows:
The parties recognize the certificates of conformity on quality management system issued on compliance to requirements of international standards ISO of series by 9000 authorized bodies on certification of systems of quality management of the Parties.
The parties determine the list of authorized bodies by certification of the systems of quality management recognized in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation and provide their authorization by mutual audit of these bodies which results are drawn up by the bilateral protocol.
Lists of authorized bodies on certification of systems of quality management which certificates of conformity are recognized the Parties are brought to the attention of certification bodies of products of the Parties.
The certificates of conformity on quality management system recognized by the Parties are applied without renewal in case of issue of certificates of conformity on the mutually delivered goods certified according to the corresponding schemes of certification.
