About additional measures for increase in product competitiveness of domestic manufacturers
For the purpose of increase in product competitiveness of domestic manufacturers, expansions of amounts of its realization in the internal and external markets, and also according to the Program of measures for support of the companies of key branches of real production sector, ensuring their stable work and increase in the export potential approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 28, 2008 N UP-4058, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that large industrial enterprises, by economic associations together with the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of the critical analysis the package of measures directed to decrease in cost of industrial output due to rationalization of engineering procedures and consumption rates of raw materials, materials and energy resources, increases in level of capacity utilization and gain in productivity of work, reducing operational and overheads, reduction in cost of the purchased raw materials, materials and component parts, optimization of number of personnel is developed.
2. Accept the offers of economic associations and the companies approved with the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the State committee on demonopolization, support of the competition and entrepreneurship of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on summary parameters of reducing cost of production in economic associations and on large industrial enterprises according to the appendix N 1.
To heads of the ministries, departments and economic associations, proceeding from the approved summary parameters of reducing cost on industry to approve target parameters of reducing cost for the industrial enterprises which are their part.
3. Assign functions on ensuring system work on decrease in cost on large industrial enterprises to the special working groups headed by heads of departments and economic associations.
