The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
considering role of military investigation in ensuring state security and need of creation of the legal basis for cooperation in the field of military investigation,
in view of the Agreement on the organization of prospecting providing the Joint Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Independent States of May 15, 1992,
agreed as follows:
The parties approve amount and the list of the prospecting tasks which are of mutual interest and shall perform regular exchange of prospecting information on the questions infringing on interests of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The procedure for exchange of information is determined by the separate document which is approved between the central bodies of military investigation of the Parties at the level of their chiefs.
The parties give mutual aid under the organization and holding operational and other actions for requests of the concerned party.
The parties assume the solution of the questions connected with activities of military units of military investigation of the Armed Forces of the former USSR which were part of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The parties will perform interaction in development of samples and in mutual deliveries of the prospecting equipment.
Sale (transfer) of the prospecting equipment developed by request of one Party or both Parties to the third countries without the permission of this Party or mutual consent of both Parties is not allowed.
