For the purpose of introduction of measures of state regulation of import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them and in pursuance of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 24, 1995 N 526 "About first-priority measures for accomplishment of the Vienna convention on protection of ozone layer and the Montreal protocol for the substances destroying ozone layer" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 23, the Art. 2230) the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them.
2. Determine that import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them are performed according to the licenses granted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation according to the Regulations on procedure for import approved by this resolution to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them.
