1. This Law governs the relations connected with processing of management by state bodies and local government bodies, public or local government offices, legal entities or physical persons of personal data.
2. This Law does not govern the relations connected with processing of the personal data which are considered as the state secret, the personal data published in public sources, and also personal data of the physical persons used in personal, family and other similar purposes.
1. The legislation of the Republic of Armenia on personal data consists of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, this Law, other legal acts regulating processing of personal data.
2. If international treaties of the Republic of Armenia establish other regulations than provided by this Law, then regulations of international treaties are applied.
