Regulations of the National Commission on television and radio

Chapter 1. General provisions

Article 1. The national commission on television and radio (daleekomissiya) - the regulating independent state body which licenses and controls activities of private broadcasting companies (TV companies and radio companies) according to the procedure, established by the legislation.

The commission is effective according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About television and radio", international treaties of the Republic of Armenia, and also these Regulations.

Article 3. The residence of the Commission is the city of Yerevan of the Republic of Armenia.

The commission has separate balance. Financing of the expenses necessary for content and activities of the Commission, is performed from means of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia.
