About approval of the Regulations on financing of the election campaigns and political parties
According to Art. 24-31 of the Law on political parties No. 294 of December 21, 2007 and the Art. 18, the item c) the Art. 22, the item b) Art. 26 and Art. 35-38 of the Code about elections No. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997. The Central Election Commission DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on financing of the election campaigns and political parties (according to appendix).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of acceptance.
