For the purpose of safety of citizens on rail transport, the territories of stations, stations and companies and in accomplishment of Art. 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About transport" I ORDER:

1. Approve Safety rules of citizens on rail transport of Ukraine (are applied).

2. Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine (Slobodyan A. V.):

2.1. Provide with Safety rules of citizens on rail transport of Ukraine all companies, stations, stations, passenger and local trains.

2.2. Organize information transfer about Safety rules of citizens on rail transport of Ukraine on broadcasting network of stations, trains and through mass media.

3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Minister of Transport of Ukraine - the CEO of Ukrzheldortrans Slobodyan A. V. and chief of Head department of traffic safety and labor protection of Ministry of Transport Davydov L. M.

4. Consider such which are not applied in the territory of Ukraine, the "Safety rules of citizens on rail transport" of TsUO/4499, approved by the Ministry of Railways of the USSR 29.06.87.
