Questions of bank servicing of separate joint-stock companies

For the purpose of ensuring uniformity of distribution of cash flows in financial system, improvements of quality and reliability of bank servicing of the national companies, decrease in general risks and considering recommendations of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

1. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to recommend to bodies of joint-stock companies (national companies) according to appendix:

provide decision making about transition to bank servicing, regarding active transactions, at least in three domestic banks of the 1st group of transition to international standards neaffiliirovanny among themselves with ensuring placement of remaining balance of money in average monthly calculation at least than 25% of general remaining balance in each bank;

accomplishment of these conditions since April, 1999.

2. To provide to the ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan control over the implementation of this resolution and on its execution to provide the corresponding report to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
