About additional measures for enhancement of international carriages in the Republic of Tajikistan
For the purpose of control of transit movement on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan of excise goods and especially dangerous goods the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Determine that transit movement by railway and road transport on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan of excise goods and especially dangerous goods of the Republic of Uzbekistan is made only according to the government authorization of the Republic of Tajikistan, with obligatory ensuring customs escort.
2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and provide procedure for transit movement of excise goods and especially dangerous goods of the Republic of Uzbekistan which list is approved by appendix to this resolution to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. This resolution enters force from the date of its approval.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to notify concerned parties on adoption of this decision.
