About carrying out adjustments of rates for the imported natural gas

According to article 14 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" and accomplishment of programs of reforms in the field of power the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Enact since 2009 adjustment of rates for the imported natural gas, taking into account changes of the nominal exchange rate in the following procedure:

- for the population quarterly;

- for other customer groups monthly.

2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to establish coefficient of change of rate for the imported natural gas for all customer groups, taking into account change of the nominal exchange rate and to provide its realization for all customer groups.

3. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 31, 2003 as No. 155 "About carrying out quarterly adjustment of rates for utilities" and Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 6, 2003 No. 265 "About modification of some orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".
