In pursuance of Item 1.15 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About aircraft" of August 30, 2005 the No. 284 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rules of issue of the air operator certificate and recognition of the similar documents issued in other states and requirements to air operator certificates for different categories of air traffics with the purpose of safety of air transport" (are attached).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

1. General provision

1.1. Rules of issue of the air operator certificate and recognition of the similar documents issued in other states and requirements to air operator certificates are developed for different categories of air traffics with the purpose of safety of air transport (daleepravil) according to article 34.3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About aircraft", and also Standards and Recommended practice (further - SARPS) International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) - Doc.8335-AN/879.
